Privacy Policy

In compliance with current legislation, DEKKER EVENTS, S.L. undertakes to adopt the necessary technical and organisational measures, according to the level of security appropriate to the risk of the data collected.

Laws incorporated into this privacy policy

This privacy policy is adapted to current Spanish and European regulations on the protection of personal data on the internet. Specifically, it complies with the following regulations:

  • Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR).
  • Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPD-GDD).
  • Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE).

Identity of the data controller

DEKKER EVENTS, S.L. is the data controller for the user’s personal data, with Tax Identification Number (CIF): B95421624 and registered office at Calle Zabalbide No. 21 B – Lonja 48600 Sopela (Bizkaia). Registered in volume 4691, folio 144, page BI-46.211, 1st entry of the Bizkaia Mercantile Registry.

Principles applicable to data processing

The processing of the User’s personal data will be subject to the following principles set out in Article 5 of the GDPR and in Article 4 et seq. of Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights:

  • Principle of lawfulness, fairness and transparency: the consent of the user will be required at all times, following completely transparent information on the purposes for which the personal data is collected.
  • Principle of purpose limitation: personal data will be collected for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes.
  • Principle of data minimisation: the personal data collected shall be only those strictly necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.
  • Principle of accuracy: personal data must be accurate and kept up to date.
  • Principle of storage limitation: personal data shall only be kept in a form that allows the identification of the user for as long as is necessary for the purposes of its processing.
  • Principle of integrity and confidentiality: personal data shall be processed in such a way as to ensure its security and confidentiality.
  • Principle of proactive responsibility: DEKKER EVENTS, S.L. shall be responsible for ensuring that the above principles are complied with.

Category of personal data

The categories of data processed by DEKKER EVENTS, S.L. are solely identifying data. Under no circumstances are special categories of personal data, within the meaning of Article 9 of the GDPR, processed on this website.

Purposes of processing

To maintain a commercial relationship with the user. The operations intended for processing are:

  • To communicate and resolve queries through various means such as email, WhatsApp, social networks, etc., with the user’s consent.
  • To contact and liaise with users interested in purchasing tickets for concerts and events advertised on this website.
  • Sending newsletters, for which only an email address is required.
  • Managing usage statistics and processing data relating to our own and third-party cookies in order to analyse your browsing habits and improve our services. You can checkt the details of this information in the Legal Notice and in the Cookies Policy.
  • Social networks: Our website may integrate plug-ins or add-ons from social networks. The processing carried out by DEKKER EVENTS, S.L. of this data will be, at most, that which the social network allows for corporate profiles. When you become a fan, follower or similar of our company on the defferent social networks, in the context of this processing, you should bear in mind that DEKKER EVENTS, S.L. can only consult or delete your data in a restricted manner as it has a specific profile. Any rectification of your data or restriction of information or publications must be done through your profile or user settings on the social network itself. Therefore, you expressly authorise: The processing of your personal data within the context of said social network and in accordance with its privacy policies.

Legitimacy of the processing of your data

The processing is legitimised by Article 6 of the GDPR as follows:

  • With the consent of the user: express acceptance of the ticket sales conditions of DEKKER EVENTS, S.L., sending of newsletters, communications, processing of third-party cookies, use of social networks
  • In the legitimate interest of DEKKER EVENTS, S.L., to carry out market research, statistical analysis, etc. and to process orders, requests by any means, etc. at the request of the user

Data retention

Data will be retained for no longer than is necessary to fulfil the purpose of the processing or for as long as there are legal requirements governing its custody. When it is no longer necessary for this purpose, it will be deleted using appropriate security measures to ensure the anonymisation or complete destruction of the data.

Minors

In accordance with the provisions of Article 8 of the GDPR and Article 7 of Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights, only persons over the age of 14 may give their consent for the lawful processing of their personal data by DEKKER EVENTS S. L. In the case of minors under the age of 14, the consent of their parents or guardians will be required for the processing, and this will only be considered lawful to the extent that it has been authorized by them.

Recipient of the data

No communication of personal data to third parties is envisaged, except, if necessary for the development and execution of the purposes of the processing, to our service providers related to the management of communications and the development of the website, with whom the Responsible Party has signed the confidentiality and data processor contracts required by current privacy regulations.

The rights of users are:

  • The right to withdraw consent at any time.
  • Right of access, rectification, portability and erasure of their data, and of restriction or objection to its processing.
  • Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if they consider that the processing does not comply with current regulations.

Security

In accordance with the provisions of current regulations on personal data protection, DEKKER EVENTS, S.L. complies with all the provisions of the RGPG and LOPDGDD regulations for the processing of personal data under its responsibility, and manifestly with the principles described in Article 5 of the RGPD, by which they are processed in a lawful, fair and transparent manner in relation to the data subject and are adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.

The Website has an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate, which ensures that personal data is transmitted securely and confidentially, as the transmission of data between the server and the user, and in feedback, is fully encrypted.

DEKKER EVENTS, S.L. guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organisational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and the LOPDGDD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of users and has provided them with the appropriate information so that they can exercise them.
