Terms of Sale

The purchase of tickets or invitations to BBK Legends Bilbao will represent the acceptance of the following conditions:

• Once the ticket is purchased, it will not be changed or refunded, except in the case of cancellation of the Festival by the organizers, in which case the Organization undertakes to refund it within a period of no more than 15 calendar days from the date of the public announcement of the cancellation, in the manner indicated by the Organization. The Organization will not refund the distribution cost that the sales channels apply to the ticket price, since the organization is not the one providing such service, which is carried out through the sales channel. The ticket amount will not be refunded in case of total or partial cancellation of the event due to bad weather conditions, natural disasters, closure of Spanish airspace or other force majeure or similar reasons. In case of cancellation the Organization will not be responsible for expenses incurred by attendees in travel, accommodation or any other expense related to the show that have been contracted on behalf of the attendee. In no case will these expenses be assumed by the ticket selling company and/or the show promoter.
• The organization reserves the right to alter or modify the program of the event. Performance schedules may be subject to changes.
• Bad weather conditions and schedule changes do not entitle to a ticket refund.
• Both 2-day passes and day tickets will be exchanged for wristbands at the festival entrance.
• Wristbands will not be valid if they are altered or broken.
• The festival pass/wristband must be worn at all times.
• Standing tickets will not have access to seated areas.
• Seated tickets will not have access to standing areas.
• Tickets have different security measures. Do not buy your ticket from an unofficial point of sale, it may be fake and you will not be allowed entry to the venue. In this case, the Organization disclaims all responsibility.
• Upon entering, attendees may be subject to a search according to the Law. All attendees, for security reasons, must show their belongings at the entrance.
• Entry will not be allowed with sharp objects, glass, metal, projectiles, flammables or blunt objects. You cannot bring umbrellas, selfie sticks, tripods, bottles, cans and all those objects that can be considered dangerous by the Organization.
• The right of admission is reserved.
• It is strictly forbidden to film or record the concerts without the express authorization of the Organization.
  All image rights and intellectual property rights are reserved.
• Attendance at the concert or festival will imply that your image (and that of the people accompanying you) may be captured and recorded on video, for the purpose of carrying out advertising campaigns and promotions and spreading the event through the organization’s own media such as website, posters, social networks, etc… or third party communication media such as press, radio, television, etc… all in accordance with Organic Law 1/1982, of May 5, on civil protection, right to honor, personal and family privacy and one’s own image.
• Access with photographic cameras or video and/or recording devices is strictly prohibited for anyone who does not have professional accreditation.
• Access for children under 14 will be free. They must be accompanied by an adult.

Regarding the age to attend the festival, the following specifications are established:

Minors under 18 years old:

• Children under 14 years of age may attend BBK LEGENDS BILBAO free of charge as long as an adult has purchased a “children under 14 years of age” ticket during the purchase process and has completed the corresponding authorization. See conditions on the festival website.
• All minors under 16 (included) must always be accompanied by an adult who is either their father/mother or guardian of the same, being responsible for the actions they carry out inside the venue in accordance with what is established in the Penal and Civil Code. Likewise, the corresponding authorization must be signed by the parents/guardians.
• Those over 16 but under 18 can enter with a ticket and alone at the venue, with the signature of the corresponding authorization.
• Attendees with reduced mobility will have a specially designated area for them and their companions from where it is guaranteed that they will be able to see and hear the concerts properly.
• Tickets cannot be used for any promotional or advertising purposes.
• Entry is permitted with medications and related medical items, as long as the attendee at the event, who needs to carry these items with them, presents adequate personal identification to security, as well as the prescriptions and names of the containers of the medicines and medical prescription in which the need for said item is detailed.
• No se permite la entrada al recinto con comida y bebida del exterior.
  Entry to the venue with outside food and drink is not permitted. Inside the venue there will be a wide gastronomic offering where you can choose different types of food or drinks, within which you can purchase vegetarian food.
